I am confused whether you want to improve your english speaking skills or hindi speaking skills. Going from your post, your written english seems good. To practise speaking any language, the only way is just start speaking in it, without feeling shy of making mistakes. No other way. See lot of movies, tv serials, radio and tv news broadcasts. Befriend people who speak these languages and keep listening to their conversations and start speaking with them. This is the best way to learn. Do not waste your money in any coaching centre or online tutorial. all the best

The best way is to actively participate in several diverse activities and never skip an opportunity to meet and talk to someone within a social context.

You can only improve with practice and patience with yourself. And, you must choose to focus much of your attention on the other person, rather than yourself. During a conversation, make sure that you are not always turning every comment or question into a soliloquy about your own feelings and your own life. Seek an empathetic state and you will be rewarded by the law of reciprocity.

If you have worked previously: Team communication: Something vital to work you have passed on in an effective manner and how this helped prevent problems (i.e. there was a customer complaint you dealt with tactfully to prevent further complaints being made against the company), or team relationships: i.e. conflict with another person, how you tactfully spoke to that person and resolved the problem or reduced the conflict. Also useful: any time you’ve dealt with an upset customer sucessfully.

If not: dealing with an upset friend (i.e. comforting, finding out what the problem is, being tactful), conflict resolution with people who don’t like you (same as above), times you have de-escalated (calmed down) a confrontational situation, etc

It does not matter whether a person is talkative or not. We all communicate and have interpersonal skills, unless we have a disorder like some forms of Autism. So, I would say if you want to boost your skills, practice interview skills. That is when employers are really focused on you. Have a friend or family member practice being the interviewer. By the way these skills are very important, they are the top skills wanted by employers, however as I said above most everyone has skill in these areas, they just have to polish them. Good luck

See if there is a Toastmasters chapter in your area. It is a social organization just for that purpose.
